James Calderbank founded Transform Hub in 2018 with one mission: to help people aged 35 and over transform their health, confidence, and energy without fad diets, endless hours of ineffective exercise, or wasted gym memberships.
What started as a simple idea - to create a results-driven, supportive space for real people with real responsibilities - quickly grew into a movement. As Transform Hub evolved, James rebuilt the model into a powerful franchise system designed to deliver life-changing coaching, accountability, and community at scale.
By 2019, Transform Hub had transformed into a rapidly expanding franchise brand with an ambitious goal: to bring 100 locations to communities across the UK by 2025, helping thousands of people in their mid-30s, 40s, 50s and beyond feel fitter, stronger, healthier, and more confident..
