Our Franchise Manager, known internally as a Franchise Genius is a core player in this mission, directly responsible for scaling franchisee performance across up to 25 locations. You’ll work alongside the CEO to equip franchisees with the tools, training, and guidance they need to become profitable, efficient, and resilient business owners.
Mission
Your mission as our Franchise Genius is straightforward: empower franchisees to hit, and exceed, revenue, profit, and non-financial KPIs. Through consistent system implementation, sales training, and performance accountability, you’ll drive each franchisee toward operational excellence. Every decision, every metric, every action you take is laser-focused on achieving measurable, profitable growth for each franchise location.
What You’ll Do
Franchise Growth, Performance & Launches
Support the growth of up to 25 sites, working with franchisees to train, develop, mentor and improve their performance
Develop action plans to help franchisees meet and exceed KPIs for revenue, profit, and non-financial targets
Regularly assess franchisee performance, holding them accountable to high standards in sales, customer retention, and operational efficiency
Systems Implementation
Ensure seamless rollout of our sales and retention systems across all franchise locations
Monitor system usage and compliance, identifying areas for improvement and retraining as needed
Provide hands-on support to franchisees in understanding, implementing and optimising systems, ensuring their business practices align with company standards
Training & Development
Conduct targeted sales and performance training to address skill gaps, boost revenue, and improve customer retention
Offer high-impact training sessions on topics like sales techniques, operational efficiency, and retention strategies, adapting content to meet each franchisee and their team’s unique needs
Identify emerging leaders within the franchisee network, preparing them for future Franchise Genius roles
Ensure franchisees are hitting profit, revenue and non financial targets
Strategic Collaboration with Leadership
Partner directly with the CEO to shape franchise growth strategies and solve challenges facing franchisees
Provide data-driven insights and updates on franchise performance, suggesting improvements to enhance the overall franchise system
Contribute to strategic discussions about expanding the Franchise Genius program to support future network growth

Requirements
Proven track record in sales with experience in training and developing high-performance teams.
Minimum 3 years of experience in franchise management, business coaching, or operational leadership.
Strong background in system implementation, with a focus on driving growth through proven sales and retention systems.
A data-driven approach to performance analysis and a high level of accountability.
The ability to work independently and bring solutions to the table.
Full clean UK driving License
